Yacht Description

Built for water time. OVER REEF is a 54ft/16.5m power catamaran delivered in 2019 by Overblue, set up to sleep 6 guests in 3 cabins and keep the day centered around getting in and out of the sea. The lower-deck swim platform makes boarding the tender and gearing up straightforward. No drama.

Dive setup, simplified. She carries scuba diving equipment onboard, with snorkeling gear, wetsuits, underwater lighting, and an onboard air compressor listed in the dive specs, so divers can kit up and go without turning the aft deck into a clutter festival. There is also a dedicated aft-deck area described for private scuba diving.

Easy living flow. The semi-enclosed flybridge gives you shaded lounging and dining under a bimini, plus a BBQ for simple outdoor meals. Add sun pads, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a swim platform, and you have a boat that keeps everyone outside longer.

Cabins with logic. Accommodation is for 6 across three cabins: a master and VIP with queen beds (both at the bow, with glass-door access to the forward deck), plus a third cabin with a single bed and a Pullman. Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi are onboard for when you want to pretend you are not at sea.

We had a wonderful two weeks aboard Over Reef! The yacht was built in 2019 and is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable journey through the countless atolls of the Maldives. In fact, it is a small villa on the water, with air conditioning, large TV, cozy cabins and comfortable sun decks. But on the other hand, you can wake up every day in a new place, swim on a new beach and see the Maldives in a way that is impossible to do in any of the most luxurious hotels. Waking up and jumping into the purest ocean, and then having breakfast on the upper deck with freshly baked banana pancakes is priceless! Every day a new snorkeling reef, flocks of dolphins and swimming with manta rays! Romantic barbecues on desert islands! The endless, fantastic, magnificent Indian Ocean at your feet 24 hours! Unforgettable sunrises and especially sunsets! We love fishing and on this trip we could enjoy our favorite hobby endlessly! And what sashimi the cook made from freshly caught fish !!! Separate words of gratitude must be said to the crew. They made our vacation truly unforgettable! Captain Adam is a true Master of his craft and also knows the best places for recreation and fishing, the chef Kumar never ceased to amaze us with new delicious dishes every day. And what kind of pastries he makes !!! It looks like you need to forget about losing weight on vacation. Steward Soleiman is always ready to fulfill your any request, and our youngest son really made friendship with him. Assistant Niyaz did everything he could to make our trip as comfortable as possible.

We are wrapping up our charter this morning and we had an incredible time. Over Reef was absolutely perfect for our family, and it didn’t feel like a maiden cruise (though I know the crew worked very hard to address the small issues that always come up with a new boat). In particular, I want to highlight how great all of the crew was. They really went out of their way to make it a great experience for us, and particularly Nasru and Adam, who were always highly knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to be around. The food was also surprisingly good.
