Yacht Description
Easygoing expedition platform. BEAR PAW is a 90-foot custom expedition yacht that sleeps 6 guests in 3 king staterooms, each with an en-suite and stand-up shower. Built in 1967 and refit in 2011. The point is simple: proper space, proper beds, and a layout that does not feel like “make do.”
Accessibility, actually addressed. There’s a two-person elevator on board, and the yacht is wheelchair accessible (though not ADA compliant). Small thing on paper, big thing in real life. It keeps the whole boat usable for guests with limited mobility, without turning the trip into a logistics exercise.
Comfort under way. Stabilizers help take the edge off movement, and full air conditioning keeps the interior civilized. Wi‑Fi is on board, with Starlink listed, so you can send the “we’re fine” updates and get back to ignoring email.
Water time and gear. For days that revolve around getting outside, BEAR PAW carries kayaks (including Hobie fishing kayaks), paddleboards, and fishing equipment, plus crab and shrimp pots. The 18' Wooldridge aluminum tender with a 60hp outboard makes it easy to get off the mothership and go do something.
