Charter questions

How do we get to remote expedition regions?

Getting there is part of the expedition, and it needs real coordination. Most regions have a gateway: Ushuaia for Antarctica, Baltra or San Cristobal for the Galapagos (via mainland Ecuador), Sorong for Raja Ampat, Papeete for French Polynesia, Tromso or Longyearbyen for the high Arctic. From the gateway there is often a further charter flight, ferry or transfer to meet the yacht.

We plan the whole chain with you: which international flights connect, where an overnight makes sense, and how the final leg to the yacht works, including any weight limits on small aircraft.

Book long-haul flights only once the charter is confirmed, and send us the details so the crew and any local handlers can meet you smoothly at the far end.
