Easy water access. OCEAN PHOENIX is a 77-foot Pendennis sailing yacht with a large fold-down transom, so getting in and out of the water is simple and drama-free. Side decks lead up to an expansive foredeck for proper sun time when you are done swimming.
Cockpit life works. The main cockpit is set up for long lunches and longer chats, with wrap-around seating, an alfresco dining option, and a Bimini cover for shade. Dual helm stations sit aft, keeping the sailing bits out of the hangout zone.
Toys for real days. Paddleboards and kayaks are on hand for low-effort exploring, with fishing gear for the patient types. There is also snorkeling gear and rendezvous diving by arrangement. Short mission ashore? A semi-hard hull Avon tender handles it.
Private, forward cabins. Built in 1996 and extensively refit in 2018 and 2019, she sleeps 6 guests in 3 double cabins, all forward of the salon for a little extra privacy. Each cabin has its own en-suite shower, and one cabin includes an upper Pullman berth that is best for kids.

Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.
