Samsara, a magnificent 2018 51' Leopard performance cruising catamaran, epitomizes sailing luxury. Introduced by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht SAMSARA is a 51 ft sailing catamaran. The highlights of SAMSARA are her most appealing features and experienced crew. SAMSARA spends the season in selected locations. She was constructed by the famous yacht builder Leopard in 2018. A comprehensive refit was delivered in 2023. The spacious yacht layout features 2 large cabins and easily accommodates up to 4 guests.
SAMSARA is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is where heart of the yacht is and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The immersive cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.
The sailboat features 2x Yanmar 57hp Northernlight 11.5Kw engines and a generator.

Capt. Micha Moeller
Micha was born on 04, August 1971 in Oldenburg at the North Sea coast, where he grew up on the 54ft Sailboat owned by his parents. In his young age he won several sailing races along the North- & Baltic Seas, the famous Young-Sailors race around the Fehmarn Island and crossed the Atlantic Ocean Singlehanded at age of 16 in both directions (Southern Atlantic Route & Northern Atlantic Route). After school he went to the German Technical College of Wildau and got there a stipendium for the SWISS Int. Airlines Flight school where he became an Airline Pilot and later a Test pilot, Training captain and instructor for Sea survival & fire fighting. In 2003 he reduced his duty time and studied Aerodynamics & Statics at the technical University of Berlin which he finished with a Master’s Degree. In 2010 he quit working and traveled in a RV through Europe before he bought a Leopard 40 Catamaran and circumnavigate the world twice. In 2019 he survived a Hurricane in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean for 4 days as the storm sunk his boat and he stayed on a float that he built from fenders. After his rescue by the Containership BBC Orinocco, he immediately bought a new sailing catamaran and continued his circumnavigation.
He is well known in the sailing community as a heavy weather specialist due to his experience and survival skills. He likes to feel the adrenaline flowing in his veins, but ensures that everyone on board is always safe.
Born in Germany and therefore equipped with a pronounced sense of reliability and precision, after a short warm-up phase he is very open and ready for any adventure.
Chef Charly Podesta
Charly is a former celebrity chef and worked many years for the late Gianni Versace as his personal Chef and House manager, Cher calls him the "King of Bolognese" and Madonna hired him for her daughters birthdays party. He further worked for Pavarotti, Sylvester Stallone and many other celebrealities. Name him a celebrity and he'll tell you what he cooked for him/her.
Born in Italy his cooking style is Italian influenced, but his main talent is to create unbelievable delicious meals from easy ingredients and his love that he put in every dish he creates.
Charly is very open to everyone and always a very funny companion.
Our paths first crossed in August 2019 after Micha came to Fort Lauderdale from the Bahamas with his 44 foot sailing catamaran "Saana" to do some repairs and upgrades. A close friendship developed that has continued to grow to this day. We have been roommates in Hollywood, Florida since February 2021 and since Charly's retirement we have started planning our next adventure.
